To simplify the process of payments, just tell me your budget, and I can accomodate to it. the google doc i've made goes into detail of the average prices of paid commissions. However, this is not indicative of what everyone will pay. Variations are also included, such as price raises for extra props, backgrounds, etc..Again, to see examples of my art, feel free to go to my portfolio carrd.

1301 Designs Protected

“The designer or other owner of an original design of a useful article which makes the article attractive or distinctive in appearance to the purchasing or using public may secure the protection provided by this chapter upon complying with and subject to this chapter.”In short, all of the art I create that is not a staple or commonplace (a single square, a line, etc) unoriginal (tracing art, whether or not it’s protected by the copyright law), is protected by copyright.

201. Ownership of Copyright

Copyright Protection Length

I can transfer ownership to people who request it and can advocate their request with valid reasoning. Not everyone who receives commissioned art has full ownership over the art. A verbal/text exchange and agreement must occur first.People who purchase my art are entitled to using my art, editing it, but it is not meant to be reposted as f2u. It’s a disservice to the people purchasing my art and I,to resell it for free.Please credit my art unless stated otherwise.
